    This is a really great product, cleans up very easily, I just purchased the earth pan cookware set & we just love it.

    I was expecting the same performance out of this non-stick pan as from the chemical laden pans. I guess that was a bit hopeful. The pan works well, and you can dry fry some vegetables and they will not stick. However, if they burn even a little, that dark spot will be very difficult to remove. This is the problem with the pan. If/when something actually sticks to it, its not easy to clean.

    Outside of that, eggs don’t stick, pancakes don’t stick. That’s all I really wanted.

    I was excited about the earth pan eco friendly cookware, and wanted to order the whole set, but thought I would start off with the griddle. The griddle is pleasing to look at, and the non stick coating seems tough. However, on the third use, while cooking flour tortillas without any grease, the tortillas stuck to the griddle and left burn spots all over the non-stick coating, that I cannot get rid of. Also, the bottom of the pan has become discolored and the outside coating is starting to peel off. Despite what the manufacturer says about EarthPan II cookware being able to withstand 600 deg F heat, I know that the pan performed poorly even on medium heat on a glass cooktop. After following all the cooking and washing instructions, this pan has been a disappointment. I will be returning this pan.
